We attempt to make sure all information on our website is accurate at all times, however, mistakes do happen. If you believe an error has affected your purchase in some way, please let us know. As with any hand made products, items can vary and you should keep in mind the following.
* Computer monitors can change the look of an item such as color or shading, etc.
* All wood items that are not a one-off creation will vary in color and pattern.
* For musical instruments made of wood, voicing (the sound quality) can vary from piece to piece.
* All delivery estimates given are just that, estimates.
* If you have any questions, please ask them before you make your purchase. |

| Orders can be placed by phone, fax or email and we accept Paypal, Certified Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks. For payment by Personal Check, there will be a waiting period for the check to clear before the item is sent. Shipping is available by USPS or UPS depending on location, value and/or weight. For items sent within the state of Washington, sales tax will be added to the total.
Special arrangements can be made for shipping world wide. Please inquire before placing an order. Confirmation of shipping will be made the same day as purchase is shipped.

| All purchases are final. If you receive the wrong item or something is damaged in shipping, we will make ever effort to correct the mistake. We stand behind the quality of our work and will do our best to make you happy with your order. If you feel that a return or exchange is needed, please contact us by phone or email and explain the problem. DO NOT send the item back without pre-authorization. The return will be refused and we will not take any responsibility for the item. We will, on receipt of the returned item, determine if the item needs to be exchanged or a refund made. This will be at our sole discretion. Refunds will be made for the item only and will not include shipping, insurance or any other fees. |
