Our Work
Everything we make is created in our studio here in Seattle and we try our best to use components made in the USA or Canada if possible. Most all of our Chain Maille rings are produced in Canada, Wood for flutes from the US except for exotic species. It is important to us to support North America and to avoid those nations who support slave labor.

Payment
We accept most major credit cards or if you wish to pick something up from us personally, we will even accept cash and there will be no shipping fee.

Shipping
We know how frustrating it can be to wait weeks for something to arrive so we do our best to get orders sent out by USPS within 48 hours if possible. If you need something super fast or wish to have it sent by UPS or another service, please contact us and we can make other arrangements.

Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so if we did something incorrect, we will do our best to correct it at no charge.

We have a 10 day return policy so if you are not satisfied, contact us within 10 days of your purchase and we send you a return authorization number).

We have a 1 year guarantee on our musical instruments and will repair or replace (our choice) any problem due to our workmanship.

If you change your mind on a piece of Chain Maille,  you can send it back (contact us first for a return authorization number) and exchange it for another piece. The same goes for our flutes or other musical instruments.

Custom Work
If you are looking for a specific design or color combo in Chain Maille or Bead Work or have a design you would like to see created on a flute, please contact me and we can discuss your ideas.
